Production and added value of waste cooking oil product derivatives in the Bali Province

Waste cooking oil or waste (WCO) is the remaining (or by-products) produced during food frying. In 2019, consumption in Bali Province was 4,735,057 L/month and WCO estimated about 3,314,540 L/month. The Government of plans to manage an integrated manner by processing it as derivative products with economic value. study aimed transform into high-value added (i.e. aromatherapy candles, liquid soap, biodiesel), analyze their economy valued added. Hayami method used determine economyvalue each product. results showed that most widely producing biodiesel (84%), candle (17%), soap (10%).
